This topic doesn’t need any introduction. You may be curious who is an Alien here, yes, it is me, my wife and my son are the Aliens here. My daughter is a US Citizen, but she need to be with me till she becomes independent. In case you do not know the employment based green card process, this may sound weird. People like me who are from India and who are waiting in que are technically called Aliens, not citizens, but residents for the tax purposes. I am writing this for myself to see where things will be down the line in few years.
